    醉鸡变成麻油鸡

    本来想按照我妈的独家秘方,做个清凉滋补的醉鸡
     
    可是在我期待了2天之后,从冰箱里面拿出来的家伙却非常死鬼,鸡肉结实到拿剪刀剪都很费劲
     
    总结下来,是因为我做了一些不该做的事情,包括
    *把鸡切了才煮
    *煮的时间过长
    *加的酒和盐不够多
     
    没办法,我只能把他们放进砂锅,在缺少原料的情况下,加入了小半两麻油,期待能够变废为宝。。。。
     
    最新报道,已经煮了2个小时了,还是很硬! 继续煮!!!
